A THOUSAND METERS UNDER THE JUNGLE
During the 1995 French caving expedition in Papua New Guinea, the cavers led by Jean-Paul Sounier continue the exploration of the Muruk chasm, ten years after its discovery. By crossing the terminal siphon, Michel Philips delivers the key of the abyss and the teams which will follow one another in the giant cave will exceed for the first time in the southern hemisphere, the mythical 1 000 m depth. A beautiful authentic adventure in one of the last primary forests on Earth. French and English versions.

THE LOST MEGADOLINE OF PAPUA
On aerial photos, a huge hole pierces the jungle of the Darai Plateau, a karst with pitons and dolines joined together, uninhabited and uninhabitable of New Guinea. Led by Professor, Richard Maire, a caving expedition takes up the defi and attempts to reach it by any means necessary. At the end of the journey, an innocent calcite formation betrays the secret of the formation of this enormous void, one kilometer wide and 300 meters deep...
